Veres-Vert Ltd. holds the State Tour-operating License #T-0621-14 dated 10/06/2014, which give us right to provide all services as tour and transport operators based on strict and regular compliance checks by pertinent official entities of Uzbekistan, financial audits, guides and drivers special re-trainings or advanced courses etc. And all the hotels and services providers, contracted by us in Uzbekistan, are also subject to certain sector regulations, certifications and insurance policies.
But, beyond the internal frameworks, from 2012 Veres-Vert carries out regular hotel property and transport inspections in order to guarantee they meet the Health & Safety Audit regulations, being effective in the UK, EU, USA and other countries where we have clients. In addition to the domestic tour-operating regulations, our ground services are subject to and comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Operations Manuals (OMs) of number of the UK, European, American and Australian partner companies. This also means our staff on the ground (the local tour-leaders, guides, drivers and etc) control that hotel and restaurants services, coaches/vehicles etc, while on tour, are guest-friendly in terms of fire security, hygiene, general safety, accessibility and other important aspects that are necessary for our foreign partners to report further to insurance providers and their official supervisors.
